
Overview:
One Country (OC) is a platform promoting positive impact by serving communities around the nation and changing lives in the process with incredible prize giveaways. Members subscribe monthly for chances to win and can earn additional opportunities for acts of service in their own communities. The mission, unfortunately, is stunted by its website. The website could only provide a superficial experience to its members. OC decided to build a new app to create a stronger sense of community for its monthly subscribers and serve as a resource.
Challenge:
The biggest challenge was to provide members with a user-friendly experience that would allow access to their personal account information, share news on upcoming promotions and events, past winners, and exclusive members-only content.

Collaboration Process
The customer service, social media manager, and marketing team were brought in early to brainstorm features and ways to solve pain points. To start, we discussed creating a section for entry amounts, member-exclusive giveaways, featured events, and past winners. They also wanted to introduce the new "Volunteer for Entries" concept within the app. Members could accept weekly challenges presented in the app and gain more entries into specific giveaways.
